Destroy All Cars Destroy All Cars

Fun, but Hard

I didn't want to write the review until I beat it, and at some points I thought I'd never beat it, but now that I did I can.

The beginning was great with the difficulty, and then everything just went from easy to hard in a level. There were times when cars would land on each other and not take damage, but there are times when a tire hits a car and it's totaled, that should be the other way around. Cars would stay in one place after getting hit, and not fall over. The game is also not accurate, I was on a level using the same car, same angle for the ramp and get a different percent damage, it should be the same all the time, especially when it comes to doing the same thing. The amount of cars was good, but I would have liked to be able to change the livery when I want to, not just after unlocking something. I also noticed a glitch with the liveries, there are 4 for each and then there is 1 blank one for a 5th livery.

Besides all those problems this was a fun game, I would have liked a walkthrough for all the levels, not just the star cars. And I'd also like to see a level editor so we can make our own.

Keep up the great work; I look forward to more of these games.

The Siege Of Theldale The Siege Of Theldale

Great Game, But Some Glitches...

This is a great game. Fun and hard, but beatable. I did beat the main story line, got to wave 35 then quit to write the review.

I found a glitch in the achievements section. I have them all except the "kill 10 enemies with one explosion." I got to wave 35 and still didn't get that special attack. There is also a glitch in the stats section. I'm getting over 100% accuracy, which only occurs after I beat the main story. And during gameplay the counter at the bottom of the screen that says how many enemies are left is off by 3 enemies. Only the first level is correct after that when you beat the next waves it will say 3 enemies remaining.

Great voice acting, I like the cut scenes between and the ending scene was very well done too. Graphics were good, could have been better, but they worked for me. It also would have been nice if there was a save function, so I don't have to keep playing from the beginning.

Still a great game, just needs some updates to make it the best.

There's actually an enemy that carries a barrel of gunpowder which you have to shoot. I just noticed that I screwed up part of the coding and that enemy never actually appears. I've fixed that now though :) Thanks for the review. It will be the last one though

Crush the Castle: PP Crush the Castle: PP

Good, But Still Needs Some Adjustments

This is a good game, but it still needs some improvement to make it a great game.

* Tweak the physics so that they are more realistic, many times the walls would just shake and then go back to its original place, then there are times when they just blow out of the way like they were a feather. And there are also times when there would be like 8 walls on top of each other and not move, no matter how many times I'd hit them.

* A better way to aim, like scroll to the other side and choose where you want it to go, then pick the strength of the throw, how many rocks / bombs you want to use, and also have a team with you using smaller catapults.

I like the game, but if I didn't beat it, it would have gotten a 6 or 7. This game at times made me want to throw my computer out the window. And if you (joeybetz) read the review for the first Crush the Castle you'll see it's the same thing because the only thing different is that you have more castles to crush and you have to take the castle down in one shot, not the minimum of five like in the first one. But you still didn't fix the physics of the walls. And because of me having to repeat myself, I have to give it a lower score, and it would have been lower if I didn't beat it.

The graphics were good, still my only one main complaint were the physics. Other than that keep up the great work, I look forward to more of these kinds of games.
